工作原理
分級(jí)機(jī)系統(tǒng)由氣流分級(jí)機(jī)、旋風(fēng)分離器、收塵器、引風(fēng)機(jī)、電控柜等組成。物料隨氣流由分級(jí)機(jī)下部進(jìn)料口高速運(yùn)動(dòng)至分級(jí)腔內(nèi),在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的分級(jí)輪產(chǎn)生的離心力和氣流產(chǎn)生的向心力作用下,使粗細(xì)顆粒分離,符合粒徑要求的細(xì)顆粒通過分級(jí)輪葉片間隙進(jìn)入旋風(fēng)分離器和收塵器收集,粗顆粒夾帶部分細(xì)顆粒被分級(jí)輪甩出落到分級(jí)機(jī)下部,自然氣通過導(dǎo)流腔整流成均一旋流,將混雜或粘附于粗顆粒中的細(xì)顆粒進(jìn)一步分離干凈,分離后的粗顆粒從分級(jí)機(jī)底部粗料口通過旋轉(zhuǎn)閥排出。分級(jí)輪的轉(zhuǎn)速通過變頻器來控制。

Series Air Classifier
Process
This air classifiers series ATP, has been developed especially for ultra fine cut points. With theATP series we extended our program of the ITC—series. The main point of its development was to achieve a high fineness of the end product. A good sharpness, high efficiency and low specific energy consumption with highest fines output were the guideline for this target. We could achieve these criteria by optimizing the dynamic of air flow, the material resistance and the multi-wheel concept. With this series we can offer an air classifier to meet even the most exciting product requirements. The classifying wheel of the series IMC is especially developed for highest strength during production. The wheel is placed in a horizontal position. The rotor and the drive are designed as a complete module. Also a wear protected wheel can be supplied.
