工作原理
氣流粉碎機(jī)是一種利用高速氣流來實(shí)現(xiàn)干式物料超細(xì)粉碎的設(shè)備,它由氣流粉碎機(jī)、旋風(fēng)收集器、除塵器、引風(fēng)機(jī)、電控柜等組成。壓縮空氣經(jīng)過濾干燥除油后,通過特殊配置的噴嘴高速噴射入粉碎腔內(nèi),在高壓氣流的作用下把物料粉碎,粉碎后的物料隨上升氣流進(jìn)入分級腔,在高速度運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的分級葉輪產(chǎn)生的離心力和氣流產(chǎn)生的向心力作用下,使粗細(xì)顆粒分開,符合粒徑要求的細(xì)顆粒通過分級葉輪葉片間隙進(jìn)入旋風(fēng)收集器和除塵器收集,粗顆粒被分級葉輪甩出并下降至粉碎區(qū)繼續(xù)粉碎。

QLJ/QWJ Series Jet Mill
Working principle
